Dinner Menu


The dinner menu for Trattoria Stefano is based on our travels throughout Italy. Additionally, there are daily specials featuring appetizers, salad, pasta, fish and meat dishes. We use local, natural products from the farmers in our area including beef, lamb, chicken, pork, eggs, fruit, and vegetables. All of our bread and desserts are baked in-house daily.

Seppie Griglia
Calamari's elegant cousin!! Grilled cuttlefish served in a light lemon, white wine and garlic sauce. $13.95

Our homemade bread with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, olive oil and a garlic and cherry tomato rub. $5.95

Mozzarella al Forno
Prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella and oregano baked in San Marzano tomato sauce.
Topped with parmigiano and an arugula salad.

Thinly sliced rare beef with parmigiano shavings,
lemon, olive oil and arugula.

Caldo di Mare
Southern style mussels and clams sautéed in garlic, olive oil, chili
flake, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes and parsley.

Slices of prosciutto, Toscano and hot coppa salamis, taleggio,
Leclare Farms goat cheese and pecorino

Polpette al Forno
Wood-fire roasted Italian sausage and beef meatballs braised in San Marzano tomato sauce
finished with parmigiano.

Pizza Margherita
Fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomato, fresh basil, sea salt. $12.50

Pizza con Prosciutto e Rucola
Prosciutto, mozzarella, San Marzano tomato, fresh arugula. $14.95

Pizza alla Quattro Formaggi
San Marzano tomato, gorgonzola, taleggio, mozzarella and Le Clare Farms goat cheese. $15.95

Mixed lettuces dressed in white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, lemon and sea salt. $5.95

Treviso, castelfranco, frisee and arugula with sliced celery, apples and parmigiano dressed in lemon juice and aged balsamic vinegar. $9.95

Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, fennel, cucumbers, carrots and fresh mozzarella dressed in a white wine vinaigrette. $7.50

Spring mix in a lemon, olive oil, sea salt and aged balsamic vinegar dressing tossed with roasted grapes, dried cherries, pine nuts, crisp prosciutto and gorgonzola cheese. Served with pears and Tuscan pecorino cheese topped with honey and pine nuts. $11.95

Due Caprese

Local fresh mozzarella-stuffed piquillo peppers opposite tomatoes with imported bufala mozzarella. Served with mixed greens dressed in extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. $14.95

Rigatoni alla Bergamasca
Sautéed Willow Creek Farms Italian sausage, local shiitake, crimini, oyster and button mushrooms,
cave-aged pecorino cheese, a touch of cream and parmigiano cheese.

Orecchiette con Le Rapè e Salsiccia
Sauteed rapini with garlic, chili paste and Willow Creek Farms
Italian sausage in a light but intense tomato glaze.

Orecchiette Della Nonna
Stefano’s grandmother’s ragu of Italian sausage, ground chuck, oregano, red wine
and San Marzano tomato. Tossed with parmigiano.

Linguini con Filetto di Pomodori
Fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, sea salt, arugula in a light tomato glaze. Topped with parmigiano and pecorino cheeses. $13.95

Linguini ai Frutti di Mare
Finely chopped squid, mussels, clams, shrimp in a white wine and cognac sauce with cherry tomatoes. $21.95

Pollo al Mattone
Roasted all-natural house-brined, brick flattened bone-in chicken breast served with mashed potatoes,
cream braised fennel and fresh sautéed spinach.

Cotoletta di Maiale con Guanciale
Pan-roasted Willow Creek Farms pork chop stuffed with smoked pork jowl, pancetta, garlic, rosemary, parsley and water buffalo caciocavallo cheese. Topped with tomato conserva and a white wine pan sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, cream-braised fennel and fresh sautéed spinach. $29.95

Vitello Stefano
10 oz. Strauss veal rib chop, stuffed with prosciutto, black truffle cheese, sage. Light bread crumb crust.
Served with saffron risotto, fresh sautéed spinach and roasted beets.

Ossobuco alla Milanese
A gourmand’s delight! Hearty and robust braised Strauss veal shanks
served with saffron risotto, roasted beets and fresh sautéed spinach.

Bistecca alla Lombardia
Pan-roasted, locally-raised Black Earth Meats ribeye topped with a cippollini onion and a port, gorgonzola, balsamic vinegar and shallot compound butter. Served with mashed potatoes, cream-braised fennel and fresh sautéed spinach. $31.95

Tagliata di Manzo con Rucola
Grilled, wild Sicilian fennel-rubbed, locally raised Black Earth Meats ribeye sliced over a bed of arugula with wood-fire roasted mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, croutons, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and curls of parmigiano. $29.95

Spinaci: Fresh sautéed spinach. $4.50
